Real Results from Real Practices
“VA.care Helped Us With Our Office Recruiting Nightmare.”
Finding good help for the office is not always a simple task. They showed us, that the time we spend on recruiting and training in-house, can be substituted by VA.care agents, and the long-term goals would be much more profitable and less stressful.
“EXCELLENT SERVICE”
Adding a virtual assistant to our optometric team has been easy, quick and cost-effective. She was onboard in a day with minimal paperwork, and was contributing from day 1. My practice had lost one member to unexpected sudden retirement, and more on medical leave so having a member join and jump right in has been a lifesaver. Knowing that assigned tasks are done and done on time and executed correctly is worth every penny. VA.care has really been awesome.
“Simple and effective ”
After spending a week training my assistant, I can now fully rely on her while focusing on my patients.
What a Typical Virtual Assistant Session Looks Like:
- Begin a video conference with your VA on the device of your choice. such as table, smartphone, or a PC.
- Upon entering the exam room, you can introduce your VA or scribe to the patient and explain why their presence is required “They are here to take notes about our visit and document your chart.”
- If the patient is OK with the VA being there, you can set your device in a place where the VA can observe the visit, or she can turn off her camera and just listen if the patient prefers. It is your choice.
- Conduct the patient visit as usual (the VA will live-chart for you as you go).
- After the visit, you are able to review the information with your VA and include any additional details as needed.
- Clarify any questions your VA may have about the visit, and sign off.
